Initial inquiry

Schedule confirmation

The schedule will be confirmed after explaining the process from initial inquiry to filming and receipt of finished product.

Meeting
−
We will check filming location, costumes and whether optional services are required. Please feel free to let us know if you have any particular requests for hair & makeup or filming contents, etc.

Preparation of invoice

We will send payment details once we have prepared the invoice.

Payment
−
Once your payment has been received, the filming request will be confirmed, and the schedule will be arranged officially.

Filming
−
A cinematic movie with you as the star will be filmed. If you are doing this during a trip to Japan, we will accompany you to sightseeing spots or Japanese cultural experiences, etc.

Receipt of finished product
−
You will receive the finished product within three month of filming.

From 1 week until 3 days before filming: 50%
2 days before filming: 70%
1 day before filming/day of filming: 100%
*Please let us know of any changes due to weather conditions at least 3 days in advance. If it is possible to change the schedule, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
